Once you have added your required items to the shopping basket you will transfer to a secure payment gateway which is administered by PayPal. We are never informed of your payment method so this service is extremely secure.
If you prefer, you may use our website as a shopping list/price list and telephone or e-mail your order to us and we are able to accept most card types by telephone. Card details are not stored electronically by us and the information given to us will be shredded after the completed successful transaction.

Carriage will be charged extra at £1.50 per order, for orders under £25.00. Over £25.00 carriage free. This applies to UK mainland only. Minimum order £10.00 please.

We will endeavour to dispatch stock items within 48 hours of receiving an order and if we experience any undue delay we will contact you. Non delivery should be advised to us within 14 days of despatch, otherwise any claim made will not be allowed.

For consumers your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return goods within 14 working days for a full refund. Your refund will be made immediately on return of the goods. To confirm that you wish to cancel then please contact us, in writing, by e-mail, fax or post. Goods returned should be in a resalable condition. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you need to pack goods correctly and to take adequate insurance to cover the value of the goods.
The only Personal Data we hold are customer's names, postal addresses, e-mail addresses and/or telephone numbers when given. We need this information to enable us to despatch orders placed with us, contact customers with queries/questions regarding such orders. All on-line payments are processed by PayPal and we are not given any details of credit/debit cards. Any payments given to us by telephone are written at the time, are then processed using PayPal and once the transaction is confiirmed the information is shredded. Copy invoices are kept as required by HM Revenue & Customs and thereafter are securely shredded. All advertising e-mails and newsletters are carefully monitored to make sure they are only offered to customers and/or those interested in joining our mailing list. We would never pass any information to third parties. There is the opportunity of unsubscribing from the e-maling by using the 'unsubscribe from this list' link.
